Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is provided. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Orders returned without prior contact, items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or delays caused by customs or external carriers are not eligible for refunds.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos for verification.
